You have made it halfway through the year, pat yourself on the back. You deserve it!
This workshop is not about starting over, fixing everything, or pretending the first six months were perfect. Rooted: A Mid-Year Reset for Parents is a positive, practical space for parents who are already showing up, already doing the work, and simply want to finish the last six months of the year with more peace, purpose, and intention.

During this interactive workshop, you will pause long enough to notice what is already working, name what needs support, reconnect with the values you want leading your home, and create a simple second-half reset plan that feels doable for your real life.
This is for the parent who knows they’ve got this, but could use a little nudge, a fresh perspective, and some extra tools to keep going strong.

Thank you so much for your kind words and for your help;
it truly means a lot to me.
I feel very blessed to have your support and encouragement.
Thank you again for believing in me and for being such a wonderful mentor."
Inside the workshop, we will walk through the Rooted Life Map, a guided reflection and planning activity designed to help you see your next six months with more clarity and confidence.
Using an interactive Zoom Whiteboard, you will create your own visual reset map with five simple sections:
Already Growing — what is working in your home, parenting, and personal life
Needs Water — what needs more care, support, rhythm, or attention
Rooting Into — the values you want to lead with for the rest of the year
Releasing with Grace — what you are choosing not to carry into the next season
Strong Finish Focus — the simple actions that will help you finish the year rooted and steady
You can participate directly on the Zoom Whiteboard, or you can use your own journal, notebook, or printed worksheet if you prefer to keep your reflections private.

No. This workshop is for dads, but it is also for women, partners, spouses, mothers, and anyone who wants to better understand the hidden pressures fathers may be carrying. The goal is insight, compassion, and deeper connection.
Both. This workshop is designed to be emotionally honest, but also clear, grounded, and meaningful in real life.
No. This is a workshop experience designed to create conversation, reflection, language, and understanding. It is not a substitute for therapy or clinical care, but it may help participants name things they have not had words for before.
That is exactly why this conversation matters. Many fathers carry stress quietly and may not naturally seek support because of stigma, role expectations, or the belief that they need to keep going no matter what. Even attending to better understand the father in your life can be powerful.
We will explore the pressure to provide, the trap of tying worth to performance, the quiet disconnection stress can create, and the deeper question of who a man is beyond the role of provider and problem-solver.
Yes. This workshop is relevant for fathers in many different family dynamics, and for anyone who wants to understand men, fatherhood, emotional load, and relational strain more deeply.
No. This is a space for compassion, honesty, and understanding. The focus is not on criticizing fathers, but on naming what they often carry so healing and connection can become possible.
