PAYMENT POLICY

Coach Kimberly Smith LLC

This Payment Policy governs all payments made to Coach Kimberly Smith LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for coaching services, programs, events, and digital products (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing any Services, you agree to this Payment Policy in full.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.

1. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payments through secure third-party processors, including:

- Stripe

- PayPal

By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount due, including any applicable taxes or fees.

2. PAYMENT DUE & ACCESS

Payment is required in full prior to access unless an approved payment plan is offered.

Access to Services—including scheduling, digital content, recordings, or program materials—may be granted immediately upon successful payment.

3. DIGITAL DELIVERY

All Services are delivered electronically and/or through live or recorded online sessions.

Digital products, recordings, and downloadable materials are considered fully delivered upon access, regardless of whether you download, view, or complete them.

4. NO REFUND POLICY (GENERAL RULE)

Except as expressly stated in Section 8 (Termination Without Cause), all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued for:

- Digital products

- Recordings

- Downloadable materials

- Coaching sessions already delivered

- Missed or unused sessions

- Dissatisfaction with results

5. PAYMENT PLANS (IF OFFERED)

If a payment plan is offered:

- You agree to complete all scheduled payments

- Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of Services

- Access may be revoked until payment is brought current

- Payment plans do not change the no-refund policy

Failure to complete a payment plan constitutes a breach of agreement.

6. FAILED PAYMENTS & COLLECTION

If a payment fails:

- You will be notified and expected to update payment information

- Services may be paused or terminated until payment is resolved

- Continued non-payment may result in termination and collections

You remain responsible for all outstanding balances.

7. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Chargebacks or payment disputes are prohibited for Services already rendered or digital content accessed.

Initiating a chargeback may result in:

- Immediate termination of Services

- Revocation of access

- Submission of this Payment Policy, Terms & Conditions, and signed agreements to the payment processor as evidence

8. TERMINATION WITHOUT CAUSE & REFUNDS

If Services are terminated without cause by either party:

- You may receive a pro-rated refund for unused live coaching services only

- Digital products, recordings, and delivered materials are non-refundable

- Services already rendered are non-refundable

- Any refund owed will be calculated based on unused services and issued within 14 business days

9. TAXES

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees required by your jurisdiction.

10. PRICING CHANGES

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Pricing changes do not affect purchases already completed.

11. CURRENCY & INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees imposed by your payment provider.

12. FRAUD PREVENTION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transactions suspected of fraud, misuse, or violation of our policies.

13. GOVERNING LAW

This Payment Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
